Help us celebrate Independent Bookstore Day at the Midtown Scholar! This one-day national event will feature family-friendly programs, author signings, blind-date-with-a-book, exclusive sales, and of course, adoptable dogs! Nirvana adopter and local author and illustrator Lauren Castillo will be here from 10am-12pm for a story time and signing of her new children’s picture book, Just Like Millie. Of course, we’ll be on site with lots of dogs and puppies looking for forever homes!
